Sofidel America is seeking a Paper Mill Shift Supervisor to lead hourly operations in the TAD paper machine department in Shelby, NC. This role focuses on safety, quality, and production efficiency while driving continuous improvement and a culture of accountability.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in paper manufacturing, prior supervisory experience, and strong mechanical/troubleshooting skills, working a 4 on/4 off rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts.
