About the Opportunity / Position Highlights- Level III Trauma facility
- Opportunities include Neuro, OB with opportunity for regional and labor epidural service, Pediatrics, Ortho, Plastics, Dental, ENT, Podiatry and NORA (non-OR anesthesia).
- Shift opportunities include days, afternoons, nights, overnight call, with possibilities of 8, 10, 12, 24-hour options. Concentration in overnight call available.
- Opportunity to participate in committees, teaching opportunities available for allied health care learners and SRNAs from partner programs.
NC RN licensure required. Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA licensure required. BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA required.
About the Practice / FacilityAtrium Health Cleveland: 241-bed hospital serving greater Cleveland County, NC and the surrounding region. First Level III trauma center in NC offering advanced emergency care. Manages 6,000 cases annually. Specialties include General, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Robotics, Urology, Plastics, ENT, Dental, Podiatry, MRI, Cath Lab, Vascular, Thoracic, Pediatrics, Endoscopy, and Bronchoscopy.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Responsibilities
The CRNA is an advanced practice registered nurse that provides anesthesia, analgesia, and pain management services across the patient lifespan in a variety of settings. Responsibilities may include ambulatory, surgery center, and/or hospital anesthesia services. The CRNA participates as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide safe, high quality, cost-effective, and evidence-based care. The CRNA demonstrates professionalism and upholds the missions, visions, and values of Advocate Health.
Care will be provided within scope of practice as outlined by applicable state law, licensing, regulations, institutional policy, privileges, and practice agreements.
