Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30
LocationAtrium Health Cleveland Emergency Department provides 24‑hour emergency medical services to Cleveland County and the surrounding communities, delivering high‑quality care for patients of all ages. The 36‑bed emergency department is a Level III trauma center with round‑the‑clock physician coverage, resuscitation resources, surgery and intensive care for trauma patients, and an on‑call medical specialist team for comprehensive, coordinated care. As a designated Chest Pain Center, the team demonstrates a strong commitment to quality care and rigorous clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and clear communication to create the safest patient environment and achieve the best patient experience across the continuum.
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- At least 6 months of RN experience (position is not for new graduates).
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire.
- One year of inpatient RN experience preferred.
