Schedule Details/Additional Information:
- Full time - 3 12-hour shifts per week
- Night shift - 7p-7a
- Rotating weekends.
- Holidays per policy.
Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will WorkWe are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Float RN to support our Medical-Surgical units. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units. This position is ideal for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and have strong foundational clinical skills.
We’re Looking For- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- NIHSS certificate obtained within 6 months of hire
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skill communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Compensation
- Base compensation listed within the pay range based on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or training
- Premium pay such as shift, on call, and more based on job
