This is a hybrid position that includes work on both the Virtual Primary Care (VPC) and Extended Care (EC) platforms at the Charlotte Market (Shelby, NC) location. The clinician will primarily see patients in the greater Charlotte area and provide virtual care to patients across NC, SC, and GA.

• Perform initial and periodic medical history, physical examinations, and daily assessments.
• Record findings of examinations, assessments, and plan of care.
• Perform minor office‑based medical and/or surgical procedures.
• Write appropriate prescriptions and administer medications.
• Order and interpret daily laboratory and radiology examinations.
• Determine treatment plan for patient.
• Document all patient encounters in a medically appropriate manner.
• Act as a patient advocate for the population served.
• Attend, participate, and contribute to group or practice meetings and policy development when requested.
• Provide care through VPC: primary care services, nutrition counseling, parent education, virtual house calls, chronic disease management, and behavioral health consultation.
• Provide after‑hours care through EC: transition from VPC to in‑person visits Friday 5–9 pm, and alternate weekend shifts between VPC and EC locations.
• Maintain physical exam skills, develop virtual care skills, and balance virtual/remote with in‑person patient interaction for work‑life harmony.

• At least 3 years of experience in pediatric primary care.
• Patients seen in person at the Shelby, NC location.
• Must hold or be eligible for a DEA license.
• Approved to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of employment.
• Eligible for prescriptive authority application through the Board of Nursing or Medical Board in SC, if required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider from AHA required, expiration >90 days from practice start.
• Master's Degree or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required; RN license required.
• Certification in the area of practice from a nationally recognized certifying body (ACNP, AGACNP, AGNP, PNP, or PNP‑AC) preferred.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, interpersonal skills, and prioritization capabilities.

Pay Range: $47.50 – $71.25 per hour (based on qualifications, skills, and experience).
