Registered Nurse, Med Surg Float Pool II – FT Days

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
• Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and skills communication
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• NIHSS certificate obtained within 6 months of hire

Demonstrates expertise in providing high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to established standards and policies. Proficient in clinical decision making and effective communication to enhance patient safety and experience.
