As a Nurse at our Hospice Houses, you will remain up-to-date on the plan of care for all IPU patients by working with an interdisciplinary team to anticipate and meet patient needs. You will serve as the RN member for the designated shift of interdisciplinary teams to meet specific plan of care goals and coordinate closely with related disciplines to ensure professional service delivery.

This position will work 72 hours per pay period (3, 12-hour shifts per week).

• A Diploma or Associates Degree in nursing required;
  Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Current, active, and unrestricted NC license as Registered Nurse (RN). Current CPR required; CHPN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in direct care of patients with life limiting illnesses. Related experience may include hospice and palliative care, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, oncology, home health care, medical surgical.
• Computer proficiency required.
