Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12hr Night Shift - 36 Shift Information: 7p - 7a Clinical Interviewing- Yes On Call, Call Back Requirements: Possibility of low census call. Can be called back up to 3a for Nights and up to 3p for Days Weekend Rotation: EOW Holiday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidays Floating Requirements: Region 3 - Cleveland, Kings Mtn, Lincoln, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH)

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
- Various diagnoses – Cardiac, Respiratory, Neuro, etc.
- Fast-paced, Observation
- RN: 1:5-6 (Day and Night) - in surge staffing could see ratios of up to 1:7-8
- CNA: 1:12
Certifications:
RN: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Skills required: Basic Med/Tele skillset:
Cardiac rhythm interpretation, experience with non-titrating Cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone), general medical/surgical skillset – care of patients with tubes/drains, IV start skills, blood products, wound care/dressing changes, etc.
Support within the Department:
- CNA – 1:12 ratio
- No HUC
- Charge nurse – may have patient assignment, always a resource for staff
- Phlebotomy
- IV/VAT Team
- RT, 24/7
- Hospitalist – on site Dayshift;
Virtual in evenings/overnight - Intensivist, 24/7
- Telemetry monitoring – remote with Tele tech
- EMR: EPIC-at least 6 months experience required (please include how much experience in offer)

Massimo in all rooms
- Within region and scope of practice
- Will be required to float per region needs – will require floating to all facilities listed below, as needed, within scope of practice – DECLINE if not agreeable
- Region 3 - Cleveland, Kings Mtn, Lincoln, Central Division (CMC Main Mercy LCH)
- If floating mid-shift, Traveler will be paid for the time traveling between facilities (will remain on the clock)
