18 months Med/Tele RN experience
Will you accept a first-time traveler:

- Stroke, Respiratory Illnesses:
Flu/Pneumonia/COVID, Renal Failure, Peritoneal Dialysis, Wounds, etc.
- RN: 1:5-6; surge staffing could have ratios of 1:7-8
- LPN (if applicable): 1:5-6; surge staffing could have ratios of 1:7-8
- CNA: 1:10
- RN: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Basic Med/Tele skillset:
Cardiac rhythm interpretation, experience with non-titrating Cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone), wound care, drain/tube management, PIV starts, Central line management, etc.
- CNA - ADLs, mobility, feeding
- No HUC
- Charge nurse – may or may not have patient assignment

VNO (virtual nursing - 10 cameras)
- Virtual RNs can act as 2nd RN Witness for certain meds, can closely monitor patients requiring special monitoring, can assist with Admission/Discharge items, etc.
- Within region and scope of practice
- Will be required to float per region needs – will require floating to all facilities listed below, as needed, within scope of practice – DECLINE if not agreeable
