Soft Path Medical seeks an experienced RN for Med Surg/Tele assignments. The role covers a 32-bed unit with a 1:4–1:6 day ratio and 1:5–1:6 nights, including surge staffing adjustments.
You will float regionally, handle cardiac drips, wound care, drains and IVs, and participate in 24/7 hospital coverage with EPIC documentation. Expect travel between facilities within the region, 2 days of orientation, weekends every other, and holiday coverage.
