Retail Store Manager

Music & Arts seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead Store 4208. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, sales, and a small team in a mission-driven music retail environment. You'll manage staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory while ensuring the store is welcoming and well merchandised. Partner with students, parents, and educators to provide instruments, rentals, accessories, repairs, and lessons.

You'll drive sales performance, track KPIs, support school and community events, and uphold a student-focused, collaborative, service-driven culture that supports music education and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations, opening/closing, and cash management
• Lead, train, and schedule sales associates and lesson staff
• Drive sales of instruments, rentals, accessories, repairs, and lessons to meet targets
• Deliver excellent customer service to students, parents, and educators
• Manage inventory, merchandising, stock levels, and store appearance
• Support school service initiatives and community music events
• Monitor KPIs, prepare basic reports, and execute corporate programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention procedures
