Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Cleveland Mall in Shelby, NC. You’ll work with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, supervise photo operations, and deliver exceptional guest service during peak holidays.
Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, scheduling, training, and ensuring a positive, fast-paced guest experience. Prior leadership in retail or hospitality is a plus; evenings and weekends may be required.
