We are looking for candidates who have a passion for helping court-involved youth. We are Working Together to Strengthen North Carolina’s Youth and Families! The Division of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention is committed to the reduction and prevention of juvenile delinquency by effectively intervening, educating and treating youth in order to strengthen families and increase public safety. - Communicating effectively both orally and written with internal and external stakeholders.
- Completion of data entry and reporting from NCJOIN and other electronic resources.
- Maintain inventory and ordering supplies and equipment.
- Sorting and handling office mail.
- Prepare documents and reports for the office.
- Providing assistance to staff and visitors and resolving problems and/or inquiries.
- Serve as a Notary Public.
- Experience maintaining confidential information within the workplace.
- Experience assisting customers with questions.
- Experience with general office administrative procedures.
- Experience with entering data into a database.
- Current Notary Public.
NC02 Salary Range: $31,200-$51,249
Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
