Job Description
The main requirement for a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CRS) is to have a positive outgoing personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and a customer‑service‑oriented attitude.
CRSs must speak with customers on the phone and in person throughout the shift, handling various customer‑related issues. They should be well‑versed in product knowledge, service, charges, pricing, and other important information that customers may need.
CRSs will assist in making products according to company standards, prep product, and clean when not dealing with customers. Ongoing training is available and employees are expected to participate as new training or classes become available.
Qualifications- Must be at least 17 years old
