This is factory cleaning work - honest, consistent, physical. Here's what's on the checklist:

• Removing trash
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors
• Wiping down surfaces and equipment
• Cleaning kitchen and breakroom areas
• You'll be working independently but as part of a team that takes pride in doing the job right.

We run a reliable, consistent crew - and we need people who:

• Show up on time, every shift (this is non-negotiable - reliability is key!)
• Are ready for physical work in an industrial setting
• Take pride in doing a job well
• Can follow clear instructions and work efficiently

No prior janitorial experience? No problem - we'll train you.

• We offer real opportunities to grow - many of our supervisors started on the cleaning crew
• We respect hard work and reliability
• We believe in second chances, but we also believe in accountability
