Your military training gave you the discipline, technical depth, and problem-solving instincts this role demands. Step into a journeyman-level industrial electrician position where your skills go to work on real, complex systems from day one - no hand-holding required.
What You'll Do:
- Install, troubleshoot, and program PLCs, AC/DC drives, control circuits, and conduit systems
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Read and work from blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical layouts
- Operate precision tools and equipment including hoists, engine lathes, and power tools
- Train and mentor apprentice-level maintenance personnel
