Monitor on Overnights | Youth Development Technicians
- Salary: $18.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift: Overnight, Graveyard, 3rd Shift
As a Monitor on the Overnight shift, you will supervise clients during the sleeping hours to ensure their safety and security. You will complete and document regular room checks throughout your shift. You will also assist in managing the morning wake‑up routine by educating, guiding, and directing clients to promote their growth and development.
This is a great role for someone who is comfortable working nights. The position requires a GED or High School Diploma, but does not require prior experience working with youth. Comprehensive paid training will be provided.

About Abraxas OhioAbraxas Ohio is a residential treatment facility for at‑risk adolescent males, providing specialized behavioral, mental‑health, and substance‑abuse services. The facility is part of Abraxas Youth & Family Services, a national nonprofit dedicated to building better futures for at‑risk youth, adults, and families through a range of services including alternative education, outpatient counseling, in‑home services, shelter, detention, residential treatment, and re‑entry/transition services.
