Transports clients and staff to off campus appointments. Provides direct supervision to clients at all time during transportation. Provides necessary clinical documentation as needed in reference to transporting clients and staff. Completes the necessary documentation in reference to the operation of the company vehicles. Provides routine inspections of the company vehicles. Provides routine cleanliness checks. Provides routine supply checks of equipment in vehicles.

Ensures appropriate gas level. Provides appropriate crisis intervention as needed. Provides appropriate Safe Physical Management intervention as needed. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are:

Valid registered vehicle insurance. At least twenty-one (21) years of age. Criminal clearances (Act 33 and 34, specific State & child clearances and, if necessary, FBI). Non-communicable diseases physical exam.
