Southwestern Jr-Sr High School is looking to fill a Special Education Instructional Aide position for grades 7-12. This person will be an instructional aide for resource students as well as students in the life skills classroom. This is a 29 hour per week position.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Completed two years of college, hold a two-year degree, or pass a state paraprofessional assessment
* Ability to pass criminal background check
* Supervise and instruct Jr/Sr High School special education students
* Efficient computer/technology skills
* Previous work experience with students preferred
* Ability to work with and without supervision
* Positive attitude
* Enjoy working with students
