Job Title
Part Time 28 hours per week Assists instructional personnel with the development and presentation of learning materials and instructional exercises Tutors students individually or in small groups to reinforce and follow up learning activity Attends Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and implements successfully Works well with at risk students Assists teacher in maintaining discipline in a positive manner Utilizes a variety of resources to engage students Handles clerical functions related to job responsibilities Assists in administering pre and post-testing of standardized or grade level tests Monitors student classroom academic testing results and correlates that information to the planning for students Plans for and executes daily tutoring for the students Keeps daily logs and monitors daily attendance of students in special intervention programs Helps students master instructional equipment or instructional materials assigned by the teacher Attends assigned professional development and implements new practices successfully Well organized and takes initiatives Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to be flexible Good communication skills Maintains satisfactory attendance Enjoys working with children of all ages, grades, and abilities Complies with Corporation Bylaws, Policies and Employee Handbook Models Corporation Mission Statement and Fundamental Objectives
