Local Helper Needed for Storage Facility in Shelbyville, IN:
We are seeking a reliable local individual to serve as our “boots on the ground” for a remotely managed self-storage facility in Shelbyville, Indiana.
This position acts as our local eyes and ears, helping ensure the property stays clean, secure, and well maintained.
Job Type: Part-Time / Flexible Hours
- Expected to be roughly 3 hours per week ( some weeks will be busier than others but should average out throughout the month).
- Expected to be on-site, 1 time per week, every 7 days.
- $25 an hour
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Smart phone (ability to text, e mail and use the internet)
- Maintenance experience (ability to use a grinder, blower, weed eater)
- Occasional heavy lifting
Typical Responsibilities
The following tasks may fall within the scope of the position:
You will be compensated for one off projects, larger repairs etc. let’s communicate to ensure you are compensated accordingly. There will be minimal tenant contact as all calls are handled by our staff. I will provide all the supplies.
