Support the Executive Chef in the successful production of raw and cooked food for high-volume restaurant operations.;
Coach hourly and Sous Chefs staff for cross-utilization and mobility opportunities.;
Develop menus and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safe and efficient food preparation.;
Ensure sanitation, hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance across kitchen operations.;
Communicate with supervising Chef and maintain kitchen equipment and work area in good condition.
