Maintenance Technician Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $ 34.73 / hour
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on plant equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and production equipment throughout the facility.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and equipment manuals to complete repairs and installations.
• Partner with production teams to identify equipment issues, improve performance, and maintain safe operations.
• Complete welding, pipe fitting, lubrication, adjustments, and other maintenance tasks as needed.

Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, along with 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, air valves, and motor control circuits.
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, and complete repairs using technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
• Welding, pipe fitting, and predictive maintenance experience preferred, with a strong commitment to safety and GMP standards.
• Must be able to work a rotating 12-hour night shift (6 PM-6 AM) and perform work in varying temperatures, dusty environments, and at heights.
