By joining our Department of Highways, District 5 as an Administrative Specialist in Shelby County, you’ll have the opportunity to provide professional administrative support to internal staff and leadership within the Shelby County section office.
Summary Of Responsibilities- Complete Payroll for KYTC Employees in the Section Office.
- Complete contractor payroll for Federal Contracts.
- Respond to public inquiries regarding road construction projects.
- Monitor budgets for the section office.
- Prepare daily equipment usage reports.
- Experience in record keeping.
