Troy Design Manufacturing Company in Shelbyville, KY seeks a Process Engineering Supervisor to lead the process engineering team across three shifts in a HPDC and machining environment. You will drive process control, industrialization, and continuous improvement to reduce scrap, improve FTT, and minimize downtime.
The role collaborates with Production, Tooling, Maintenance, and Quality to standardize processes, train staff, and deliver CAPA and PFMEA actions across the plant.
