This is a full-time, on-site Fitter Welder role based in Shelbyville, KY. The primary responsibilities include fabricating, assembling, and welding components for asphalt plant equipment, interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Fitter Welder will collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and perform routine maintenance on tools and welding equipment. Ensuring proper measurements, precision, and finishing of work pieces will also be integral to the role.

• Proficiency in welding techniques, fabrication, and metalwork
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
