Shift: Monday - Thursday; 6:45pm - 7:00am

We Reward Great Work With

• Pay: $24-28/hour + $1.50/hour night shift premium
• Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week
• 401(k):

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations according to established procedures, standards and customer requirements.
• Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
• Serves as a backup for Production Supervisor.
• Lead onboarding of new hires within department.
• Lead and provide tactical support for information and data improvements within the department.
• Lead targeted continuous improvement efforts (rapid improvement teams, Kaizen events, 5S, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory/leadership experience

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods (steel-toed shoes required)
• Perform climbing, crouching, and reaching
