Join Amcor as a Lead Machine Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality products that protect what’s important in the healthcare industry.
ScheduleShift: Monday - Thursday; 6:45pm - 7:00am

- Pay: $24-28/hour + $1.50/hour night shift premium
- Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week

Possibility Unpacked What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations according to established procedures, standards and customer requirements.
- Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
- Serves as a backup for Production Supervisor.
- Lead onboarding of new hires within department.
- Lead and provide tactical support for information and data improvements within the department.
- Lead targeted continuous improvement efforts (rapid improvement teams, Kaizen events, 5S, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis on a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory/leadership experience
Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Results, and Out performance.
Physical Requirements- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for long periods (steel-toed shoes required)
- Perform climbing, crouching, and reaching
