Diagnose the cause of electrical or mechanical malfunctions or failures in operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.;
Set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.;
Apply basic electrical knowledge to test electrical equipment, determining causes for malfunction in motor control devices, switch panels, transformers.;
Perform troubleshooting and PLC troubleshooting.
