Join our IPL Schoeller team in Shelbyville, Kentucky and play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate inventory tracking, valuation, and reporting for raw materials and finished goods.
- Lead quarterly cycle counts and support year-end inventory activities.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, production reporting issues, and variances.
- Maintain ERP item data and support inventory-related audits and financial reviews.
- Coordinate shipments, monitor product movement, and resolve shipping issues.
- Analyze inventory and logistics data to improve performance and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary contact for inventory-related inquiries and drive continuous process improvements.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Strong Excel and ERP system experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and influence cross-functional teams.
- Injection molding experience is a plus.
