The role

Join our IPL Schoeller team in Shelbyville, Kentucky and play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking, valuation, and reporting for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Lead quarterly cycle counts and support year-end inventory activities.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, production reporting issues, and variances.
  • Maintain ERP item data and support inventory-related audits and financial reviews.
  • Coordinate shipments, monitor product movement, and resolve shipping issues.
  • Analyze inventory and logistics data to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary contact for inventory-related inquiries and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
  • Strong Excel and ERP system experience.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Injection molding experience is a plus.
