Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance the company’s Quality Management programs
• Ensure products meet established quality standards
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance across manufacturing operations
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives

• Oversee Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Inspection
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and procedures
• Prepare and analyze data for Management Review
• Conduct internal audits and follow-up corrective actions
• Review customer feedback and complaints
• Perform root cause and corrective action analysis
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with production and leadership teams

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Experience working with ISO 9001 environments
• Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

• ISO 9001 training required
• Manufacturing quality leadership experience preferred
• Office and manufacturing floor
• Occasional travel to customer and supplier sites
• Ability to lift 35–40 lbs.
• Starts at $110,000 annually
