Production Operator

Pay Rate: $20.50/hour (Morning Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Production Operator with a strong tenure history to join our team. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues
• Load raw materials into machines and handle finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Stable work history with good tenure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
