The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves customer and team interactions, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, measurements, and counts accurately and timely.
• Processing price changes and signage installation.
• Assembling merchandise and fixtures.
• Performing planogram reviews and recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a positive shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Hard surface floors and outdoor lots; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise with equipment.
• Lift overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Communicate effectively and complete documentation accurately.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
