A well-established insulation company with decades of success is expanding its Kentucky branch and hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative. This is a long-term career opportunity with strong earning potential and a stable, supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do Manage and grow an assigned territory (Louisville or Lexington area) Meet with contractors, builders, and homeowners at job sites Provide product recommendations and accurate job quotes Develop new leads and expand the customer base Take field measurements at homes and job sites Guide customers through the full sales cycle:
Product selection Follow-up Job check-ins Payment collection Maintain strong, service-focused relationships Work independently in the field
Travel within your territory is required. This is not a cold-calling role.
What You Bring Prior professional outside sales experience (required) Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Organized and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving ability Relationship-building skills Construction background preferred, not required
Compensation & Benefits $50K–$75K base salary $200K on-target earnings Competitive salary during training Paid holidays after 30 days Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off after one year Bi-weekly direct deposit
