• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and production equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment issues
• Support production operations by minimizing equipment downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Electrical Technician, Industrial Electrician, Maintenance Technician, or related role
• Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting and maintenance practices
• Consistent work history and good tenure with previous employers
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Candidates without forklift experience must be willing to learn
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Relevant maintenance/electrical experience required

The role is based in a very clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility that operates large printing presses used to print on foil and packaging for pharmaceutical products. The standard schedule is a four-day workweek with 12-hour shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m.), Monday through Thursday, with a potential but unlikely need for a fifth day. Employees work both with a team and independently in a production environment that includes lamination processes and the use of adhesives, requiring comfort with a consistent adhesive smell throughout the facility.

This is a Permanent position based out of Shelbyville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Shelbyville, KY.
