• Diploma/GED, plus any extra trade creds..
• Industrial/warehouse maintenance experience preferred.
• Solid troubleshooting instincts.
• HVAC, welding, or CMMS knowledge is a big plus.
• Fit enough to lift, bend, and power through.

How the Day Goes:

• Start with inspections and tune-ups before things break.
• Jump in when a machine stops - fix it and get production rolling again.
• Use tools, schematics, and grit to solve problems.
• Work side-by-side with the team to keep it all running.
