Revolution is now hiring 2nd‑shift Line Operators to support its Shelbyville, TN location. The role involves hands‑on leadership of stretch‑film production line(s) with responsibilities in production, product inspection, stocking, packaging, and labeling operations.

• Ensure a safe and orderly work environment and comply with all established safety guidelines.
• Organize and secure materials such as resin, boxes, and finished products.
• Perform routine post‑ and pre‑inspections to ensure the forklift is suitable for use.
• Ensure products meet or exceed quality guidelines.
• Ensure proper core extension, target roll weights, roll widths, and quality roll edges.
• Perform and understand all QA tests.
• Have a good working knowledge of the NDC and the ability to correctly adjust die bolts, troubleshoot gauge bands, roll edge quality problems, shim out die lines, and resolve any other line issues.
• Operate computer systems associated with production lines, as needed.
• Complete and maintain required logs and records and fill out the Production Report in its entirety.
• Use quality instruments and accurately document testing results.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Prior production and/or manufacturing experience.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
• Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed to meet customer orders and expectations.
• Dependable, fast learner, good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work overtime as needed and on short notice.

• Prior production or manufacturing experience required.
• Strong safety orientation and ability to follow established guidelines.
• Good knowledge of production line equipment and quality testing. li>
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Reliable, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Quick learner who can work independently and as part of a team.
