$7500 Sign on Bonus for Full Time Position

The Waters of Shelbyville is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. The RN is responsible for providing, coordinating, and supervising nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide and oversee nursing care for residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during assigned shifts

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the physician and interdisciplinary team

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with LTC regulations

• Follow infection control and safety policies

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
