, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Client Accounting Specialist to support a portfolio of individual and business clients. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role ideal for someone who values accurate books, consistent processes, and ongoing client interaction.

• Maintain and clean up accounting records for individual and business client - s
• Record financial activity and perform bank and credit card reconciliation - s
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable workflow - s
• Prepare journal entries and monthly/quarterly close activitie - s
• Prepare and file sales tax returns and related reconciliation - s
• Process payroll, payroll filings, and annual 1099 - s
• Compile annual income and expense summarie - s
• Support clients with Quick Books Online, integrations, and related accounting technolog

• 4+ years of bookkeeping or client accounting experien - ce
• Strong proficiency in Quick Books Onli
