Responsibilities
- Invoice Review & Processing:
Audit project-related invoices, subcontractor invoice and applications, and service orders for mathematical accuracy - Project Financial Analysis & Cost Control:
Monitor budget versus actuals, identifying potential cost overruns - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with Operations to review project financial performance - Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain reporting on contractor disputes, project cost variances, and realized savings
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project accounting, construction finance, project controls, contract administration, procurement, or cost analysis
- High level of independent work ethics and integrity
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Industry knowledge of construction and service is preferred
- Accounting knowledge, US GAAP
- Knowledge of Net Suite and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power point) preferred
Demonstrates expertise in project accounting and financial analysis, with a strong focus on budget monitoring, cost control, and reporting. Proficient in US GAAP and familiar with construction finance and project controls.
