Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Lube Technician to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on automotive experience while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance services, including:
  • Oil and filter changes
  • Tire rotations and tire pressure checks
  • Inspecting and replacing air and cabin filters
  • Checking and topping off fluids (coolant, brake, power steering, washer fluid, etc.)
• Conduct basic multi-point vehicle inspections
• Identify and report any safety concerns or needed repairs to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply - no prior experience required
• Interest in automotive repair and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
