Job Description:
You are:
A dynamic Product Director for our eCommerce SaaS platform, responsible for setting, defining, and delivering the product roadmap for a suite of shipping products. You will own and lead strategic partnerships, manage complex programs, establish partnership governance, and develop new initiatives that drive shared goals and revenue outcomes. In this role, you play a pivotal part in expanding the platform, strengthening its offerings, and accelerating revenue growth through high‑impact, collaborative initiatives.
You will:
Define Partnership strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize partnership value and negotiate favorable commercial and business terms on new agreements and renewals.
Own Partnership management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, monitor performance and value enabled, foster strong relationships and ensure mutual success
Work backwards from customer needs to define and develop outstanding product features that delight our customers
Drive
Cross-functional collaboration:
Partner closely with our internal teams, including other product teams, engineering, sales, marketing and legal, to align partnership activities with broader business objectives
Leadership & team development:
Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities
Risk management and compliance:
Proactively identify and flag potential risks in strategic partnerships, client relationships and product development
Display your Adaptability:
Respond with agility to market changes and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes
You bring:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of work experience in product development, account and partnership management, or business development in e-commerce platforms or fulfillment /software/SaaS industry
Skills/Knowledge:
Experienced in driving successful products and exceptional outcomes for customers through effective stakeholder engagement
Puts the customer at the center of every product development
Thrives in solving complex problems. Draws on creative that delivers value to end users and generates demand in the market.
Proven track record in hiring, leading, and retaining high-performing partner management teams; comfortable working with C-level
Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including account management, product management, program management, and business development
Technical orientation and a keen understanding of SaaS and APIsStrong relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong ownership mindset
Compensation:
The base range for this position is $200,000-$240,000 / year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.
