We're looking for an Order Management Specialist who enjoys bringing structure to complex business processes, ensuring data accuracy, and driving operational excellence across the organization. In this role, you'll play a critical part in transforming signed customer opportunities into successfully executed projects by ensuring orders are processed accurately, business systems remain reliable, and cross-functional teams have the information they need to succeed.
As an Order Management Specialist, you'll partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Operations, and Contracts to support the order-to-cash process from booking through execution. You'll have the opportunity to improve workflows, strengthen operational processes, and make a meaningful impact on how our business operates every day.
What you'll do- Own the order management and booking process for all closed sales opportunities
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate project information within Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (FnO)
- Complete required system entries to support order processing, financial operations, and customer order notifications
- Partner with Account Executives to answer questions related to orders, business processes, and operational workflows
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Operations, Sales, and Contracts to resolve issues related to quoting, contracts, reporting, and order execution
- Participate in Business Desk sprint demonstrations and provide analysis supporting U.S. change order reporting
- Maintain the Approved Supplier List and ensure operational data remains accurate, consistent, and up to date
- Develop, document, and continuously improve end-to-end order management workflows and business processes
- Establish and maintain standardized naming conventions and data governance across business systems
- Provide backup support for Contract Administration activities, including contract review and other operational responsibilities as needed
- You have 5+ years of experience in order management, business operations, finance, commercial operations, or a related field
- You have a strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
- You have experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations
- You have knowledge of revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and cost accounting principles
- You're highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- You enjoy improving processes and finding opportunities to make operations more efficient
- You're comfortable working across multiple departments and building strong working relationships
- You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting contract administration or commercial operations is beneficial but not required
- Contribute to technology that helps healthcare providers improve patient care around the world
- Play a key role in the business operations that support our customers and internal teams
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Operations, and Contracts to improve efficiency and drive operational excellence
