• Leads the development and enforcement of implementation strategies, standards, and best practices

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 10 years' experience in managing key/strategic relationships
• 5 years management experience
• Experience in customer implementation, project management in the disability industry
• Expertise in Life, Disability, and Absence management products
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems
