Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialized instruction aligned with students' IEPs and educational goals
* Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
* Collect and analyze data to track student progress and inform instruction
* Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, related service providers, and families
* Implement positive behavior supports and evidence-based instructional strategies
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal special education regulations
* Participate in team meetings, professional development, and family communication
* Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
