Light Duty, 4-days per week, No Weekends

Salary: $40 - $50 per hour

Join our team - We are hiring an HVAC Trainer (Instructor) to teach the future of HVAC students. Our instructors enjoy 3-day weekends and professional growth & development.

• Schedule:
  
  Mon–Thu, 10 hour shifts – EVERY FRIDAY OFF
• Pay range: $40-$50/hour
• Location:
  
  Shelton, CT
• Experience:
  
  No prior teaching experience required

• Teach hands-on training in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring students develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the HVAC industry.

• HVAC License
• Master certifications would be excellent
• 5+ years  HVAC Technician experience
• High school Diploma/GED

• Passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals
• Teach HVAC Technologies
• Conduct hands-on training
• Encourages student accountability
• Support student progress, feedback and guidance
• Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers in HVAC
