This is an Expat Technical Service Representative (TSR) Position – MH‑60R Avionics/Mission Systems Technician supporting the Norwegian Royal Air Force’s MH‑60R fleet in Bardufoss, Norway. The TSR will perform routine organizational‑level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Avionics/Mission system components, conduct post‑flight inspections, document and correct equipment discrepancies, and carry out daily checks while the helicopter remains in flight status. Responsibilities include operating, installation, and troubleshooting of all avionics and mission systems components, familiarizing with basic aircraft maintenance such as fueling, lubricating, and pressurizing aircraft;

and mounting, tracking, and balancing rotor blades and heads. In addition, the TSR will lead organizational repairs that require signature authority, ensuring compliance with both U.S. Navy and Royal Norwegian Air Force maintenance policies, complete and sign off all maintenance actions in the aircraft’s logbooks and electronic maintenance system, and provide technical guidance to flight crews and junior personnel. AF maintenance leadership, logistics teams, and U.S. Navy representatives is essential for parts, tooling, and technical data support.

• Minimum 5 Years maintenance experience related to the MH‑60R aircraft.
• Candidate must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid U.S. passport.
• Candidate must possess and be capable of maintaining a Secret Level security clearance.
• Candidate must be willing to travel in support of customer requirements. U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Master Training Specialist certification, US Military Quality/Production Control experience.
• US Navy Safe for Flight qualification.
• EMAR MAML License.
• FAA A&P License.
• FCC License.

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
