In this key leadership role, you will oversee engineering and manufacturing operations across SMT, test, box build, and materials functions. You will drive production planning, operational efficiency, lean manufacturing initiatives, and continuous improvement projects while developing high-performing technical teams and future leaders.
You will work closely with senior leadership to improve manufacturing performance, increase capacity utilization, support new product introductions, and help shape the future direction of the engineering and operations departments.
This role would suit a Manager looking to take ownership of a critical leadership position within a growing and technically advanced business.
The Role- Lead engineering and manufacturing operations across SMT, test, box build, and materials functions
- Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and mentor engineering, manufacturing, and technical teams
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic growth, automation, and operational improvement projects

- Background within SMT, PCB, or electronics manufacturing
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience
