• Thorough understanding of current traffic engineering standards and practices
• Working knowledge of drafting, traffic analysis, and simulation programs (Synchro, Sim Traffic, HCS, AUTOCAD) is required. Knowledge of VISSIM and SIDRA is a plus
• Good writing skills with the ability to prepare reports and memorandums.

• BS in Civil Engineering required with a focus on Traffic/Transportation preferred
