Corporate Controller — Healthcare Technology / Consulting Environment
Location: Shelton, CT

The Mission:
We are entering a high-growth phase and are building the financial infrastructure required to scale. The Corporate Controller will own day-to-day accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, and help prepare the company for accelerated growth, potential acquisitions, and increased investor reporting. This is not a maintenance Controller role.

This is a builder + optimizer role. Senior leaders who enjoy creating structure inside fast-moving companies will thrive here.

• Oversee all accounting operations including GL, month-end close, revenue recognition, AP/AR, and payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• Maintain GAAP compliance.

• Build scalable processes and controls.
• Support audit readiness.
• Partner with CFO on lender and investor requirements.

• Manage percentage-of-completion / project-based revenue.
• Oversee consulting margin reporting.
• Improve visibility into utilization and profitability.

• Lead and develop accounting staff.
• Evaluate structure as company scales.
• Potentially integrate future acquisitions.

• Work closely with FP&A.
• Partner with operations and delivery leaders.
• Support pricing and contract structuring.
