A private equity-backed technology company is hiring a senior FP&A leader to help drive financial strategy during a critical growth chapter.

This is a builder role
, not a reporting job.

You will work directly with executive leadership and investors, translating data into insight and helping guide decisions that impact valuation.

• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Board decks and investor-level presentations.
• SaaS KPIs and operating metrics.
• Pricing strategy and financial scenario planning.
• Quarterly board reporting.
• Executive decision support.
• Development of a scalable FP&A function.

• FP&A leadership experience inside a PE-backed or portfolio company.
• Exceptional modeling capability.
• Comfort presenting to senior executives and boards.
• Commercial instincts — understands how pricing and strategy connect.
• Builder mentality.

Leadership is intentionally building finance in-house to maximize collaboration and speed. Remote-first candidates will not be the right fit.
